Before I became a certified personal trainer, I was burnt out. Now, I help people rebuild strength and confidence when life knocks them off track — whether from burnout, injury, feeling stuck or simply scared to start — because I was one of them.
I created Fit Happy Life because I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body, your confidence and your routine. After years in a high-stress career, competitive strength sports and my own healing journey, I realized the fitness world didn’t always feel made for people like me — or my clients. So I built something different: a space where you can move your body, work toward your goals and still have compassion for yourself on the hard days.
It’s not about perfection or punishment. It’s about progress by rebuilding trust, strength, and joy. I don’t yell. I don’t shame. I coach through compassion. I keep it real, flexible, and empowering — because the plan that works is the one you can actually stick with.
